About Me!
My name is Dylan Satterfield, and I’m a lifelong resident of Clarksburg, West Virginia. From a young age, I was drawn to the mechanics of how things work—whether it was homes, engines, or sound. That curiosity evolved into a unique career path built on craftsmanship, connection, and a deep respect for the people I serve.
My professional journey began in construction, working side by side with my dad. It was there I learned the fundamentals of building from the ground up—an experience that gave me an intimate understanding of how homes are truly made. That knowledge now serves my clients every day in real estate. Over time, I also worked in automotive and aircraft mechanics, and gained hands-on motorcycle mechanic experience at my family’s shop, The Twisted Spoke, right here in Clarksburg. Each of these roles sharpened my technical insight, problem-solving skills, and work ethic—qualities I bring into every real estate transaction.
Eventually, I became an FAA-certified aircraft mechanic (A&P) and now serve as an Aviation Maintenance Technology Instructor at Pierpont Community & Technical College. Teaching has deepened my ability to explain complex systems clearly—an asset in helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: buying or selling a home.
Outside of real estate and education, I’m also a lifelong musician and guitarist, performing with a couple of local bands alongside my two brothers. Music keeps me grounded, creative, and connected to my community.
Whether I’m walking through a home or playing a live show, I bring passion, precision, and authenticity to everything I do. Helping people find the right home isn’t just my job—it’s another way I build something meaningful that lasts.
